The pricing is based on one bathroom and one reception per property.
The basic cleaning of ovens is included.
Although we don’t provide carpet cleaning services ourselves, I’d suggest considering Supreme Carpets Cleaners Trowbridge on 01225 767261 for this task. You will be responsible for covering the cost of this service yourself.

Additionally, our end-of-tenancy cleaning services are fully guaranteed to pass checkout inspections for cleanliness. In the event of any issues flagged by customers, we offer a return service at no extra charge to rectify them.

Dust and clean the interior and exterior of cupboards, drawers, baseboards, kick board, shelves, etc.
Degrease, clean, and buff wall tiles
Clean and sanitise fridge and freezer
Clean microwave inside and out
Clean dishwasher and filter
Degrease and clean grime from the extractor and extractor grill
Clean and sanitise bins
Dust and clean doors, tops of doors, door handle, architrave, and skirting boards
Safely clean socket outlets, switches, and lights
Clean inside windows, sill, and frames
Clean the outside of the washing machine, drum, filter, and soap drawer
