Thank you for choosing Steamins Cleaning Services. This agreement is here to keep everything clear, professional, and straightforward for both client and service provider.

Please read the terms below before completing the signature section.

1. Service Overview

Steamins Cleaning Services provides a personal, owner-led cleaning service carried out to a consistent and professional standard.

All services are tailored following consultation and agreed in advance.

2. Minimum Service Requirements

Regular Cleaning: Minimum 3 hours per visit

Deep Cleaning: Minimum 4 hours

Minimum times are in place to allow for a proper, thorough clean rather than a rushed surface clean.

3. Access to Property

The client agrees to provide safe and suitable access to the property at the agreed time.

If access is unavailable at the arranged appointment time, the appointment may still be chargeable.

4. Payments

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Bank transfer is preferred. Late payments may result in future bookings being paused until the account is brought up to date.

5. Notice and Absences

The parties agree to give each other a minimum of a month’s notice of a proposed holiday or other absences.

Regular cleaning services are intended to continue on an ongoing basis unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.

6. Health & Safety

The property must be safe to clean. Any hazards, broken fixtures, unsafe flooring, or other relevant risks should be disclosed in advance.

Steamins Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse unsafe work.

7. Products & Equipment

Professional products are used appropriately and with care.

If the client requests specific products or methods, these should be discussed and agreed beforehand.

8. Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the clean, please make contact within 24 hours so that concerns can be reviewed fairly and promptly.

9. Respect & Conduct

Steamins Cleaning Services operates with professionalism, respect, and clear communication. The same standard of respectful conduct is expected in return.

10. Agreement
